Oversized magnesium fluoride(MgF2) single crystal material

external protection window sheet,
achromatic colloidal wave sheet, LCD illumination and imaging system,
193/248/355nm in excimer system and spectral analysis system;
with good imaging quality, high laser tolerance, no coloring phenomenon,
and good control of crystal stress and small angle grain boundary.
