Spherical lenses
ICC spherical technology includes PITECH, high speed and CNC method, which can meet the requirements of small quantity for precision control, and large quantity for cost. All processes are completed in the factory. Our spherical lenses are widely used in a variety of industrial and detection camera, microscopic objectives, spectral imaging, machine vision, infrared night vision and sensing, thermal imaging, environmental protection and biology. Lenses can be plated with anti-reflection film, reflection film and spectroscopic film.
ICC offers three types of spherical lenses:
Single lens: Plano convex/concave lens, double convex/double concave lens, Meniscus lens;
Achromatic doublet lenses:doublet and triple double lenses;
Customized lenses: hemispherical lenses, dome lenses, square spherical lenses. -
Cylindrical lens
A cylindrical lens is typically used to focus, condense or expand incoming light. A cylindrical lens has one cylindrical surface, causing light to be focused in a single dimension or axis. It can also be used to expand the output of a laser diode into a symmetrical beam.
ICC supply various kinds shape of cylindrical lens like rectangular, square, rod or circular, that are widely accepted by high laser diode or scanner imaging manufacturer. These cylinder lenses size can be from 1.2mm to 350mm, and material can be of glass and crystal like bk7, UVFS, silicon, and caf2 etc.
One important note is the flatness of cylindrical, we use the spherical template to control the fringes and can supply ZyGo graphics -
Aspherical lenses
Processing of copper and aluminum reflectors.
Processing of copper and aluminum free-form surface reflection mirrors, which alters the traditional lens. designing theory and is special purpose lenses in the field of laser and so on. -
DOME
Glass domes are widely used for commercial applications which require protective boundary between different environments; domes perform as windows, providing protection to electronic sensors or detectors without sacrificing field of view. Composed of two parallel optical surfaces, domes have no optical effect on design optical path. Typically in single-use defense applications and ocean exploration. Shapes can vary from hemispheric to custom size with coatings.
ICC work with various kinds of material dome made in Bk7, Fused, ZnS, Sapphire, HP-MgF2/ZnS by our material growth and CNC machines. -
Wedge Prisms
The wedge prism is an optical element typically made of glass ground at slight angles to refract light passing through it from the smaller width side of the prism to the thicker width side of the prism. By refracting the light, the wedge prism offsets the object being focused upon.

corner cube prism
Corner cube prisms reflect input beam by 180 degrees independently of its angle of incidence with the function of total internal reflection based on critical angle. This means that any light incident on the aperture will emerge along the same path that it came from in high reflectance.
